Mississippi State University adds new 55 million dollar baseball stadium to their campus. The park was designed by Wier Boerner Allin Architecture and this company designed 20 of the 30 Major League Baseball Parks. The park has features like a double tiered grandstand with chairback seats, an elevated concourse so you can see the field at all times, an area for kids to play, an HD video board, and best of all apartment style lofts in left field. There are 12 lofts and each has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Nothing compares to the left field lofts in all of college baseball. The stadium renovations do not just give the fans an amazing experience, but it will help the Bulldogs take there baseball program to the next level. In 2018, the Bulldogs had an amazing season, winning 39 games and making it to the College World Series. Once being a recruit, I know how much of a difference a facility can make or break a players decision. This will help the coaches reel in more recruits and make their team even better in the near future. Mississippi State’s baseball team already has 3 top 100 recruits committed in the 2019 high school class and this new facility will help them bring in many more.
